Klimis Mastoridis
Rosa Papazian
Born in Thessaloniki in 1974. As a student at the American
College of Thessaloniki she had her first publishing experience
with the school newspaper and the magazine. She studied graphic
design and advertising at the Αpplied Arts Studies College,
Thessaloniki, from where she got her diploma. Since 1996 she has
worked as a graphic designer in advertising companies, creative
offices and the magazine "EPILOGES" of the national
newspaper "Makedonia". She is a member of the team of
the magazine 'ΑNATOLIA ALUMNUS' as well as a member of the
creative team for the edition of the Anatolia College of
Thessaloniki Alumni.
Since January 2002, she is Print Production Manager at the
UOMPress.

Anna Kiriakidou
Born in Thessaloniki in 1979, she studied graphic design at the
Applied Arts Studies College in Thessaloniki. For a short period
of time she made her practice at the creative οffice Design
Lab. Her article about the Thessaloniki Typography Conference
appeared in "ΗΥΦΕΝ a typographic Journal". She
speaks English and a little Spanish and since June 2001 she
works as a typographic designer at UOMPress.

Klimis Mastoridis
Klimis Mastoridis, a Fellow of the Institute of Printing, UK,
has participated in international conferences in Greece and
abroad and was responsible for the academic part of the first
ever international conference about typography held in
Thessaloniki, Greece, in October 1992. He is chairman of
alterVision, typography & visual communication ltd and
director of the University of Macedonia Press. Klimis is the
author of the books Reproduction and printing issues
(Thessaloniki, 1987, 1993, 1996), and Casting the Greek
newspaper (Thessaloniki, 1999). He also edits Hyphen, a
typographic forum.
