Objective of the Course

To give the student an overview of corporate finance in theoretical and practical terms within the framework of European Union

Prerequisites

None

Course Contents

Capital markets, market efficiency, ratio analysis, equity finance, debt finance, investment appraisal, portfolio theory, capital asset pricing model, dividend policy, mergers, takeovers, international investment decisions
