Application Procedure

The following forms, duly completed and signed, constitute an exchange application. You should send the above documents, to the Departmental Administrative Erasmus Coordinator by post or via e-mail.

  • Transcript of Records. The transcript should clearly state the courses you have taken and the grades you have achieved. Please also attach an explanation of the grading system used if it is not clearly stated in the transcript
  • Learning agreement (2 original copies, fully signed and sealed from your University)

The process of admitting will start and you will receive an e-mail with a Confirmation of Receipt. Later when you will be formally accepted you will receive a Letter of Acceptance.

For the Department of Music Science and Art together with the application documents, the student must send a CD or DVD demo (duration of around 15-20 minutes) with works from different styles in case of interpreters, or a portfolio with compositions in case of a composer. The CD will be evaluated by the appropriate professor, who will decide whether the student will be accepted.

Please note that incomplete applications will not be processed!
